Most of what is exhausting you is not a mystery. You already know you are overfunctioning. You already know you need rest. Knowing has not fixed it.
That is because the pattern does not live in your thinking. It lives in your nervous system, in the part of you that learned, early, that staying ahead of everything was the only way to feel safe.
We work slowly and go deep, using IFS, somatic therapy, and attachment based approaches to get underneath the managing, the anticipating, the holding it together. Not to strip away your competence. To find out what is underneath it.
